David W. Yang is licensed to practice law in the State of California. He has concentrated his legal practice exclusively in the area of immigration law since 2002. Prior to that, he represented clients in cases ranging from family law, landlord-tenant law, contractual disputes and insurance defense.
  
As an immigration attorney, David W. Yang has successfully represented many employers and individuals before the USCIS. He has broad experience in employment-based immigration and non-immigrant petitions, including National Interest Waiver, EB-1A, EB-1B, PERM, H-1B, O-1 and L-1. He is also experienced in family-based immigration and naturalization.   
 
David W. Yang earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa, College of Law in 2000. He is a member of the California Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
